If you’ve booked a portrait session and the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll reschedule or find a cozy indoor option that fits your vision. For weddings, I’ll work closely with you and your vendor team to make sure we have a thoughtful backup plan in place. Rain can bring beautiful moments too, and I’m always prepared to adapt while keeping your comfort and experience in mind. No matter the forecast, your photos will be beautiful and true to your story.


What happens if it rains?

You’ll receive at least 50 images for most portrait sessions and anywhere from 400 to 800 for weddings, depending on the coverage. Every image is hand-edited with care and delivered in a beautiful online gallery for you to view, download, and share. I include a wide range of moments, from the big, joyful ones to the quiet, meaningful in-betweens. Your gallery will tell the full story of your day or session.


How many photos will we receive?

Yes, definitely. I’ll guide you through simple prompts and movements that help you feel natural while still looking your best. My goal is to capture connection, not perfection, so you never feel stiff or overly posed. Most people arrive nervous and leave saying that it was way more fun than they expected.


Will you help us pose?

Every session includes location planning, outfit guidance, and access to a private online gallery with high-resolution downloads and print rights. You’ll receive professionally edited images with no watermarks or hidden fees. I’ll walk you through what to expect so you feel completely comfortable before we even meet. From first email to final delivery, I’m here to make this easy and enjoyable.


What’s included in a session?

Weddings typically book 9 to 12 months in advance, especially during the busy spring and fall seasons. For family and lifestyle sessions, I recommend reaching out at least 4 to 6 weeks ahead to give us time to plan your ideal experience. My calendar can fill up quickly, so the earlier you inquire, the more likely we’ll find a date that works perfectly. Even if you're unsure of the exact timing, I’m happy to talk it through and help you land on the right fit.
